the workouts like? Everyday is different, challenging and fun!
The workouts include strength training, bodyweight training, metabolic
acceleration techniques and targeted cardio training. It's hard to
describe, but the results we get speak louder than words.
- Can I
handle it? Yes, you can handle it! We cater to every fitness level.
Everyone is challenged but no-one is left behind. We provide
modifications to all exercises to fit all ability levels and work in
timed increments. So you do as many as you can do in 30 seconds, and
the person next do you does as many as they can do in 30 seconds.
